AI Closet is an AI-powered application that provides personalized outfit recommendations, style advice, and closet management tools. The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze user preferences and suggest clothing combinations.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of any content you upload, including photos and preferences. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content to provide the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. This includes uploading inappropriate content or attempting to gain unauthorized access.

AI Closet operates on a subscription-based pricing system. Subscribers get unlimited access to AI-powered outfit generation features for the duration of their subscription.
Subscriptions are available as Monthly or Yearly plans. Prices are subject to change with notice. Changes to pricing will not affect active subscription periods.
Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing period through our payment processor, Paddle. You can manage your payment method and billing details through the Paddle customer portal.
Active subscribers have unlimited access to outfit generation features. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, even if you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Paddle customer portal. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund requests should be directed to our support team at hello@aicloset.io. Refunds may be provided at our discretion in cases of technical issues, unauthorized transactions, or as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Closet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI recommendations are for entertainment and guidance purposes only.
In no event shall AI Closet be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
